How to unlock the D1.3 Sector in Black Ops 6 & Warzone
Black Ops 6 was due for an exciting new secondary weapon, and the D1.3 Sector is precisely what fans have been waiting for.
BO6 launched with four standard run-of-the-mill pistols and two familiar launchers. Season 1 spiced up the secondary weapon category with the Siri 9mm, which performs closer to an SMG.
Ultimately, the weapon fell short of expectations and didn’t become meta in multiplayer or Warzone because its slow fire rate and slower time-to-kill speed failed to stack up against popular SMGs. In saying that, high damage and incredible mobility make it one of the best weapons in Zombies.

How to unlock the D1.3 Sector

You can unlock the D1.3 Sector by earning 370,000 XPin the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles event, which started on February 27, 2025, and ends on Thursday, March 13.

Is the D1.3 Sector worth using?

The D1.3 Sector is an odd weapon because you can only equip a Barrel, Underbarrel, Magazine, and Stock, and there are only one or two attachments for each category. But, despite the lack of customization, the blade launcher packs a walloping punch.
Without any Magazine equipped, the weapon does 150 damage per shot from any range. Explosive and Ricochet Blades come with different trade-offs.

It’s not worth using either Magazine because Explosive Blades reduce the weapon’s effective damage, fire rate, and magazine size, and the blast radius isn’t that large. Meanwhile, Ricochet Blades can bounce off walls and cause chaos, but the damage drop-off from 150 to 75 makes the weapon far less effective.
Article continues after adThe D1.3 Sector is one of the best secondary weapons in multiplayer because it takes out enemies in one shot from any range. It’s not the easiest weapon to use because the slow reload speed and fire rate will punish you if you miss a shot, but it shines in the right hands.
Article continues after adAs for Warzone, Explosive Blades kill in two direct shots or three shots within a two-meter explosive radius, and Ricochet Blades kill in four shots from all ranges. So, just like multiplayer, it’s not worth using a magazine attachment because it eliminates enemies with two shots from any range without one.
The D1.3 Sector provides a fun change of pace, but a slow fire rate and reloads make the weapon difficult to use in Warzone, considering that most other weapons eliminate enemies much faster.
